How we source

Products may be sourced through third-party suppliers, resale partners, and other secondary-market sources. Product-specific sourcing information is disclosed where it is available and relevant to the listing.

What documentation may or may not be available

Brand-issued receipts or independent authentication documentation may not always be available unless specifically stated on the product listing.

Our quality review

iResource Shop reviews available product information and visible product details as part of the resale process. Depending on the item, the review may include condition, stitching, construction, logos, graphics, tags, packaging, accessories, available photos, measurements, and supplier information.

Our quality-review process is not the same as independent third-party authentication.

Condition, tags, and packaging

Products are listed as brand new unless the individual product listing states otherwise. Available tags, packaging, and accessories are disclosed according to the information available for each item. Do not assume every item includes original packaging, every tag, a box, dust bag, or accessory unless the product listing confirms it.

Requesting additional photos

Before purchase, customers may request additional photos, close-ups, measurements, sizing clarification, or available documentation. Requests are fulfilled where product and supplier access allow.

Shipping expectations

Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–5 business days. Some orders may be ready sooner. Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Many orders arrive within approximately two weeks from purchase, although delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Customs processing, weather, and local delivery conditions can also affect timing.

If direct authentication proof is important to you

If direct brand-issued proof of purchase or independent authentication documentation is important to your purchase decision, we recommend purchasing directly from the original brand, an authorized retailer, or a marketplace that expressly provides authentication services.
