How long does shipping take?
Orders require 2-5 business days processing before shipment. Shipping usually takes another 2-5 business days after processing, depending on destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment where possible. Once processing/shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be available. EU/UK customers keep any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible change-of-mind return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact returns@iresourceshop.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Are duties and taxes included?
